James & Polly got married at Ettington Park
August 15th, 2012
Hooray for James and Polly, the owners of the biggest smiles known to mankind!
Not only did they have the best smiles, but they also had Ettington Park in Stratford upon Avon as their wedding venue.
I felt like Mr Carson from Downton Abbey walking around the hallways of this incredible building!
I loved this wedding and as usual, I covered the day in an almost entirely photojournalistic manner, so enjoy the moments that actually happened.
For the photographers out there: During the bridal prep, I realised that I had forgotten my 85mm, my longest lens. This was the first wedding I’ve covered with 50mm as my longest focal length. Being close to the action beats zooming in from the other side of the room any day for me!
wonderfully shot my friend! I did a wedding there last month too
What a beautiful wedding! I especially like all the bridal prep shots & all those smiles!
that wedding is beautiful! I love the reception hall. Some really great moments you captured, Joseph! I love how happy they look in this one:

fabulous as always, lovely reportage style
Again, amazing attention to all the ‘moments inbetween’ Joseph. No need for that 85mm!!!
Awesome, awesome documentary work!! Your work is brilliant.
Downton Abbey is right! This whole day looks amazing, both elegant and fun!
Wow, you’re work just gets better and better! It also looks incredible on the new website!
Love it!
Wow beautiful work! I love the intimate feel you captured here. You really have an amazing talent!
The shot peeking through the doorway to the bride is my fav from this Joseph. Great work as ever, I love Ettington Park Hotel!
You are one of my favourites Joseph, love it especially that last shot!
very pretty captures, well done!
Always a pleasure to look through your skilled work Joesph, I too love that glint of an image of the bride through the doors.
So many strong images here, the library provides a super backdrop for the speeches
