Emily & Drew got Married at The Royal Society of Arts, London

December 18th, 2014

Time for a London wedding with a lovely couple going by the names of Emily and Drew.
They both heard about me through the very talented Alan Law, please enjoy his work but not for too long please. I doubt he’d want complete strangers looking on his website…

I first met them at Kew Gardens in London for an engagement shoot. If you’ve not been, you must visit. If you’re into plants, trees and beautiful architecture then it’s for you.
Meeting up, Emily expressed the fact that she was nervous which nothing unusual, but wouldn’t you be if you were about to have your pictures taken?

Their wedding has come and gone and what a classy little affair it was, great food and even better guests.
The whole day was at the Royal Society of Arts, on the Strand.

Emily and Drew had this to say on my facebook page:
Hello [Joseph], just wanted to post a public thank you for all the hard work you did on the wedding pics for me and [Drew] You somehow managed to get photos of everyone and were in the right place for all sorts of funny moments such as Drew’s hamster dance! I especially like the ones of us dancing together and walking outside in the rain, really beautiful. We really appreciated you coming down to do the engagement shoot photos too, great service.

Well Drew and Emily, it was my pleasure.
Enjoy this wedding which I’d say features a few too many black and whites and possibly the longest FaceTime call ever but it’s all good.wpid20932-Clearwell-Castle-wedding-photos-1.jpg

The happiness of the bride and groom has been captured perfectly, but I would have appreciated a few more shots of the bridal party ie the bridesmaids, the groom’s parents together with the bride’s parents. Informal photographs predominate and a selection of both formal and informal would have been preferable.
