It was my first book ordered through them and I’m not ashamed to say that I went with them based 100% on customer reviews, which by the way, were all perfect.

I designed the album myself which was a fantastic challenge. I used Photojunction and it worked along side the KISS 12inch x 12 Inch layouts to a tee!

The Book arrived and it was a real pleasure to take it out of its box. And then out of its canvas tote bag!
The printing was perfect, all the lines were SO crisp, and all the corners of the pictures were so sharp, the colors too were more awesome than anything!

There was one small problem, so I emailed Kevin and the guys at KISS, and within a few hours (remember they’re based in the states), they let me know that another album is already on the print ready to be shipped out for me, at no extra cost! We’re talking a wedding album with a market value of about £2000 here!

The new book came in no time, and since then, they had implemented their new space age packaging which looks allot kinder to the environment, and makes the book feel safer in transit, it also makes the box smaller and lighter, so I bet it really is doing the environment a load of good!

From the start of the process, right up to the end, I was in constant communication with the guys Kevin, Shaun, Rachel and Mark, they made me feel really special.

Since the little problem with my book, they have since brought in a new routine where they make sure the book is ABSOLUTELY perfect before it leaves the factory.

When I was writing this blog in my head, I thought something along the lines of;…
I don’t really want to make this blog make KISS better than what they are, but I’m certainly not going to say “don’t go with KISS, they made a mistake”

The Fact that there was an error with my book shows that this book isn’t made by the same robots like at Blurb, but its made by Humans who often make little mistakes, and that’s ok, because they’ve not only sorted out the problem, but have made my life easy in doing a damn good job of sorting out the problem, and have now made sure that this never happens to anyone else.

I will definitely order an album with KISS again. Definitely.
